ELEGIBILITY:
Boys in grades 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7/8

FEE:
$400.00 per team

FORMAT:
There will be a 3- game guarantee with 45 minutes running time. Games will be played on full fields with SCYL refs and rules. We will try to place your team in the appropriate skill level. All teams must have a coach present. There will be no tournament champion. Grades 2, 3, 4 will play 8v8 and no long poles.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT:
All players are required to wear full equipment including helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouthpieces and grass cleats. Sorry, no equipment will be provided. Teams should dress in same color or reversible jersey. Athletic trainer will be on premises.

ENROLLMENT:
Team space is limited, so please fill out your application and send in along with a contact number and a $200.00 deposit by April 1st. Your team roster, waiver and final payment may be brought with you on the first day of the Lax Jam. AGE BRACKETS:
Age guidelines will be STRICTLY followed. The cut off for all youth brackets is 1/1/2008. Any player may play "up" but not DOWN Boys Age Guidelines:

• U11 – Must have been 11 or under as of 1/1/2008
• U13 – Must have been 13 or under as of 1/1/2008
• U15 – Must have been 15 or under as of 1/1/2008

FEE:
$900.00 per team - Deposit of $500.00 by 4/1/08 to hold a spot

FORMAT:
Minimum of FIVE (5) games with 2 – 22 minute running halves per game. You will play two games per night. After the five games, the top two teams in each age bracket will play for the LI Championship. All age groups will play 10 v10 with long poles.

TEAMS:
All teams must be from Long Island. This is an A level tournament.
